I hired Jose to paint the exterior of my house, he did a wonderful job, he was very neat and clean.  I am happy to say I have a pretty new Pink House.  Prior to Jose starting the work on my house, my friend was in great need of upgrades in his kitchen, so I suggested he talk with Jose.  Well after a couple of weeks my friend had a beautiful new kitchen.  He pulled out the water  heater, new floor tile, paint, re-did the kitchen  cabinets which are about 40 some years old and installed granite and sink.  We are both very happy with his work he completed. – Carmen P. Jose Mauricio and his son did a lovely job remodeling the living room in my older bungalow, adding a window seat and opening up and lifting the ceiling.  Mr. Mauricio replaced my 100 year old wood floor in front of the new window seat with his own stash of wood flooring that he re-cut and repurposed to match, since older flooring like mine is no longer available.  He does very nice work. Jose Mauricio did great terrific job on a room extension of master suite in our 50 year old ranch-style house.  The addition changed the façade of the house, which improved and modernized the street appeal of the property.  We especially love stacked stone facing from ground to roof and quoins corner stones.  The estimate was most reasonable, and work was completed in short three and half months, as was agreed in the contract.  They installed floor heating and towel warmer in the bathroom, cedar walk-in closet, deep tub with pull out shower, and a second laundry set for our convenience.  They also installed new windows and they tiled the bathroom from floor to ceiling using groutless method, which is not an easy job.  The functionality of our house was greatly approved, and for that we are thankful.  We appreciate Jose’s work for its quality and skill.  We highly recommend Mauricio Construction for any home improvement project. —Olga K. Mauricio Construction is currently working on my home and I am extremely happy with their work. They have transformed the outside of my home from boring to as everyone has told me WOW!!! People can’t believe it’s the same house. I have received nothing but compliments from my neighbors and friends from the work they have done. They are extremely professional. My experience with Mr. Mauricio has been excellent. i can not be any more happy about his work.
